郊外のとある町。 ここはどこにでもある、ごくごくありふれた田舎……ではなかった。 住民たちに大きな異変が起きているのだ。 だけどそんな中でも千倉静留には、強い思いがあった。 行方がわからない友達に、もう一度会いたい！ 静留たちは放置されて動かなくなっていた電車で、生きて帰ってこられるかどうかもわからない外の世界へと出ていく。 走り出した終末トレインの終点には、いったい何がある？
A town in the suburbs. This was not your run-of-the-mill rural …… town. There is something very wrong with the residents. But even in such a situation, Chikura Shizuru had strong feelings. She wanted to see her missing friends again! Shizuru and her friends go out into the outside world on an abandoned train, not knowing if they will make it back alive or not. What is at the end of the train that has started running?
