京大医学部を目指す高校生の上終瓜生。児童養護施設育ちの瓜生は、京都にある神社「甘神神社」の宮司に引き取られ、居候をすることに。 そこで待っていたのは、夜重、夕奈、朝姫の巫女三姉妹との同居生活！さらに居候の条件は「婿養子として神社を継ぐ」こと!? 三姉妹とのお見合い、甘神神社に降りかかる難題…瓜生は乗り越えることができるのか…？一つ屋根の下、巫女たちと紡ぐ奇跡のラブコメディ！
Uryu Kaminari is a high school student aiming to become a medical student at Kyoto University. Uryu, who grew up in an orphanage, is taken in by the chief priest of Amagami Shrine, a shrine in Kyoto, and sent to live with him. What awaits him there is a life together with his three maiden sisters, Yashige, Yuna, and Asahime! Furthermore, the condition for staying at the shrine is to “take over the shrine as the adopted son-in-law”! Can Uryu overcome the challenges posed by his arranged marriage with the three sisters and the difficulties that befall the Amagami Shrine…?
